ADVANCED LEVEL COLLEGE STUDENT INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Wayne Brothers, Inc. is also offering an advanced level internship experience for selected college students who successfully complete this initial program. In this advanced program, the college student (usually a senior) will select from the areas in A – D of Part II of the initial program and focus their work experience in this area entirely at a more intensive level. The objective of this level is to help the student focus their career interests in a specific area of construction related to the services offered by WBI. These careers could include becoming an estimator, a project manager, a field or project engineer, a work group manager or a field superintendent. All work experience will involve pay, but college credit will have to be negotiated between the intern and his/her college or university program department head. Individuals who show a strong interest in our company and exhibit the knowledge and skills that match our needs will be recruited to participate in this advanced level. This option will be discussed in Phase III of the initial internship program.
