“I know that Wayne Brothers utilizes all of the same tools that make other companies successful in safety (i.e. Job Safety Analysis, Pre-Task Planning, Safe Behavior Observation, 100% Hand Protection, etc.). From what I have seen of their new supervisor leadership training and their year-end safety accomplishments in 2008, I believe Wayne Brothers is on the verge of outstanding safety achievement. I can guarantee that if given the opportunity to talk with Keith Wayne, the President and Owner of Wayne Brothers and his leadership team, you will be convinced that this organization is all about being committed to safety success.”

SAFETY TRAINING OVERVIEW
At Wayne Brothers, every field employee is screened for general safety knowledge and a positive attitude toward safety before they are even hired.
Before new employees set foot on a job site they are given safety training during a formal new-hire orientation. They are then tested on the safety material and must be correct on 80% of the questions in order to proceed to the job.
Every morning on every job site there is a safety huddle where each aspect of the day's tasks are strategized for hazard reduction and safe practices.
Currently 90 employees, including several executives, all superintendants, and many craftsmen have earned OSHA's 30 Hour Training .
65 Employees have earned OSHA's Ten Hour Training, which is given in Spanish as well as English.
The Safety Committee, which is made-up of representatives from the executives, project managers, foremen, and superintendents, meets regularly to discuss safety issues, attitudes, and solutions.
