Jason Sisk Jason began his career with Wayne Brothers in 2005 as a Site Safety Officer where he was responsible for job site inspections and related documentation. As Safety Director, Jason has been instrumental in the design and continual up-dating of Wayne Brothers’ safety training, wellness, and safety incentive programs. Jason has a Masters degree in Technology from Western Carolina University, where he received a safety certification through the North Carolina Industrial Commission. He is also an OSHA 500 trainer . |

Mike Picciano Mike has been a safety officer with Wayne Brothers since 2006, and has worked on such notable jobs as: Windshear’s Wind Tunnel, Lowe’s Headquarters, and Bank of America’s Ashley Park project. Mike has earned an A.A.S. in Fire Science from Luzerne County Community College and is pursuing an A.A.S. in Construction Management from Rowan Cabarrus Community College. |

Charles Lilly Charles has been in the construction industry since 1993 and has been a safety engineer and later a safety manager since 1999. He is an OSHA 500 trainer as well as being an authorized trainer for First Aid and CPR. |
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise, administer and facilitate all safety-related programs and services impacting job sites.
- Develop and coordinate the implementation of a Job Site Safety Plan for each construction project
- Assist site superintendents with planning and, where appropriate, conducting toolbox” safety meetings, activities and training for job specific conditions.
- Conduct regular job site safety inspections and cooperate with site superintendents to direct any actions necessary to correct/alleviate existing safety violations or issues.
- Identify, document and recommend resolution of hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions. Follow through to ensure that corrections have been made.
- Conduct various industrial hygiene samplings such as gas, water, noise tests to insure safe working conditions.
- Issue various permits (e.g., confined space, excavation, welding, “hotwork”, etc.) as required.
- Cooperate with WBI/F/G Superintendents in facilitating job site safety-related programs, activities and services under the supervision of the WBI Director of Safety/Risk Management and, as appropriate, the safety personnel of the general contractor.
- Make daily reports to the WBI superintendent(s) related to safety matters at a specific job site. Summarize findings and report them to the WBI Project and Operations Managers.
- Serve as an instructor for staff and craft safety orientation and training programs.
