Lowe's Customer Support Center Parking Decks

In addition to the Lowe's Customer Support Center South office buildings, Wayne Brothers is also constructing three parking decks. The construction package includes foundations, slabs-on-grade, and elevated slabs using "Smart-Beam" technology. The structural steel cellular beams are fabricated with open webs, and the entire structure has a galvanized finish.

There are three parking structures being built. One 5-story 500,000 s.f. structure with 877 parking spaces, and two 50,000 s.f. structures with 600 parking spaces. The work consists of 58,000 s.f. of wall formwork, and 153,000 s.f. of slabs-on-grade. A total of 12,000 cubic yards of concrete will have been placed in construction of the parking decks when completed later this year.
