LINVILLE LANDHARBOR DAM REPLACEMENT

Our work on the new dam included: the formwork steps, concrete pumping, placing, finishing and wet curing the spillway base slabs and spillway walls.

PATEWOOD HOSPITAL ENERGY TUNNEL

Greeneville, SC

Turnkey contract consisted of all materials and labor to construct the 827'cast-in-place concrete utility tunnel. Work included excavation and earth moving, installation of the under slab drainage system, foundations, slab-on-grade, cast-in-place walls and top construction to service the new 130,000 sf tower addition at the Carolinas Heath System facility.

Our turnkey contract on this project include the complete site work scope of work including clearing, erosion control, grading, installation of segmented retaining walls, excavation, rock removal and haul-off, import of select fill for building pad, road construction, compacted stone base, fine grading, and all underground utilities including an underground storm water detention/filter system.

McALPINE CREEK WASTE WATER TREATMENT FACILITY

Pineville, NC

Our work consisted of all cast-in-place concrete work including the concrete lagoon, all foundations, walls and digester lid for the  multi-million dollar contract. The work in our scope included supplying all ready mixed concrete, concrete reinforcing steel, formwork, and all other material and labor to expand the WWTP in Pineville, NC.
