The turnkey concrete construction services package consists of the foundations, walls, formwork, floor slabs, and shoring to construct the eleven story concrete structure. Our scope of work also includes the layout, supply of all construction materials, and labor to construct the project. Tremont is the latest addition to the growing Southend area in Charlotte. Once completed Tremont will provide residents with convenient access to Charlotte’s new light rail system. Wayne Brothers construction team is self-performing the work. THE TERRACE AT RIVERPLACE

The turnkey concrete package consisted of the foundations, walls, formwork, and shoring to construct the eight story the 72,000+sf cast-in-place condominium. Our scope of work also includes the layout, supply of all materials, and labor to construct the cast-in-place project.

VILLAGE AT SOUTHPARK

The turnkey concrete service packages consisted of the foundations, walls, formwork, floor slabs, grading and shoring to construct the nine story concrete structure. Our scope of work also included the layout, supply of all construction materials, and labor to construct the project. The concrete walls for the basement level parking garage consisted of more than 40,000 sf of formwork. Above the concrete parking garage is one level of retail space, which is topped with seven stories of high-end condominiums. This construction project was the latest addition to Charlotte's premier SouthPark Mall area. Wayne Brothers construction team self-performed the work, which will kept the 450,000+sf cast-in-place mixed use project on schedule.

QUARTERSIDE

Our turnkey contract on this project included a combined package of site work and concrete construction services scope of work for this project, which consists of three buildings. The site work included erosion control, storm drainage, under ground storm water retention system, grading, excavation, and fine grading. The concrete scope of work for the project consisted of foundations, foundation walls, columns, and cast-in-place post-tensioned elevated slabs for the Quad and Ledge buildings, as well as the Row building construction which consisted of typical foundation, and slab on grade construction.
