President | | | |  | |  | | | Lowes CSC South Phase III Office Building and C.E.P. | | Mooresville, NC | | | Phase III marks the third phase of work Wayne Brothers has performed turnkey concrete construction services on at the Mooresville campus of Lowes. Phase III will add more than 700,000sf of office space at the customer support Center. Our scope-of-work also includes construction of foundations, walls, slab-on-grade, and slab-on-metal-deck construction of the new Central Energy Plant and Office buildings. A major portion of the work consists of large cast-in-place site wall around the office buildings. Total concrete material on Phase III is around 12,000 cy. The work began in early March, and is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2007. | | | | |
